Abstract |
This picture was taken at the Acoustics Laboratory of the E.T.H. Zürich, located in room 35a on the ground level of the institute's main building. The laboratory was equipped first in 1929 by Franz Max Osswald. The picture displays Osswald's apparatus for ultrasound photography (Schlieren technique).
